Description
This workshop is an instructor-led session aimed at having children use tactile materials like clay to engage with the various aspects of the human form, in particular the face, to create a ceramic mask. Students will be guided to explore a curated selection of the BTS exhibit to get them thinking about their part in the narrative, and to draw inspiration from the artwork on display. This will be followed by cultivating some essential handbuilding skills that will help them create their piece. The main focus of the workshop will be facilitating the exploration and creative representation of the self, in the form of a mask with assistance from the instructor.
